If your enquiry refers to a specific case, please contact your local Rent Service office. To find your local office, please use our office lookup facility. Offices are open to the public between 8.30am and 5.00pm, Monday to Friday.
As a Government agency, we aim to be as open as possible about the information we hold. We therefore give as much information out as we can to people who request it.
